Yuna Blanche - Serviced Apartments

For this price, we got much more space than we would've had in a hotel suite. But the attached pictures show the problems we found: dust built up on the light fixtures and artwork, stains on the furniture and wall, and mold in the bathroom. People upstairs were also very loud, walking around and dragging furniture from 6am until after midnight.

The location made it easy to get around. The subway is a five-minute walk, line 14 is 15 minutes away and goes to and from Orly airport, and corner shops are just a minute away. Bars and cozy restaurants are close too, though they're all over this part of Paris. Landmarks are 25-30 minutes away on foot. I stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasure of it. The apartment had everything I needed, including a comfy bed, kitchen appliances, utensils, and silverware. Everything was clean, tidy, and pleasant to use. I found there were too many pillows, though. Apartment 1 may be quite loud since the bed is right by the building's main entrance. Otherwise, the place was quiet. I'm a light sleeper and still slept very well.

We stayed for three nights in a ground-floor two-bedroom flat, and used the sofa bed in the lounge as an extra sleeping space. It was clean when we arrived, with good-quality towels and bedding. The flat was decent rather than anything special, but compared with similar places it felt like good value.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need, but the thin door in my first-floor studio, room 4, let the hallway noise straight in. I could hear people returning after dinner and drinks, as well as guests leaving with suitcases for early flights. I slept very poorly.
