Yuna Montmartre - ApartHotel

My daughter and I loved our short trip here. Our fifth-floor apartment was modern, cool and clean, with everything thoughtfully provided. The email instructions and WhatsApp bot were especially useful, fast and easy to follow. The location made it simple to get around, with a boulangerie, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Sacre Coer was a five-minute walk, and the metro and bus were just a stroll away.

After Hotel Management's response, I want to clarify that I don't agree this was about different staff “styles.” One receptionist didn't even greet us when we needed help, then rolled her eyes when we asked for more toilet paper. Those are basic customer service issues. We had a mixed stay at Yuna Montmartre. Myriam was fantastic: she clearly cared about guests and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Her kindness made a real difference. Free laundry was another big plus, especially on a longer trip. The value felt questionable for the price. Since it's an aparthotel, services came with extra charges: daily cleaning wasn't included, and cost 10 euros per visit. At a lower price that might be fine, but at this rate I'd expect basic housekeeping. The space wasn't much bigger than some regular hotel rooms that include daily cleaning, which made the cost harder to justify. Front desk service was inconsistent. Some staff were perfectly fine, but that one rude interaction left a sour impression after the otherwise good ones. Thanks mostly to Myriam and the free laundry, the stay wasn't bad, but for this price I'd expect more consistent service, fewer add-on costs and better value.

Montmartre was a lovely place to return to after a day exploring Paris. It's lively and full of character, but our apartment felt peaceful when we came back to rest. Having a quiet, spacious place made a big difference. The rooms were more like small apartments than hotel rooms, with space to unpack, relax and feel at home. Everything was well laid out and very comfortable. It was spotless on arrival and clearly well maintained, from the kitchen and bathroom to the living area. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the beginning. They answered our questions, shared neighborhood tips, and made both check-in and check-out smooth. This place combines comfort, room to spread out and great service. It was one of my favorite stays in Paris, and I'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed, high-quality stay.

Myriam at the front desk was a pleasure to meet. She was so friendly and helped us figure out the Metro for each day's plans. On our first day, she even walked us to the bus stop herself to make sure we were heading the right way. Hospitality needs more people like her. I stayed for a full week with my daughter, and it really felt like home. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We added breakfast, and at 8am each morning a lovely picnic basket arrived at our door with croissants, baguettes, cheese, fruit, juice and more. The presentation was a bonus. The location at Yuna Montmartre worked really well. We felt safe in the neighborhood, close enough to walk around Montmartre but far enough from the main square for quiet nights. There were lots of excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. If we're back in Paris, we'll absolutely stay here again.
