The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. The apartment was clean, too, and the person in charge was quick to reply and very friendly. I had a wonderful stay and no complaints at all. I’d happily recommend it to anyone staying there.

I really liked how easy it was to get into the apartment, and the person I met in the building was kind. The place had been newly renovated and was very pleasant. I was there for two nights on a work trip with lots of luggage, so I would have appreciated access to the elevator, which is reserved for people with disabilities.

We may just have had bad luck with the cleaning, judging by earlier reviews, but it was a shame. The bed hadn’t been made when we arrived, the sheets had bloodstains, there was hair in the shower, and damp towels were on the bathroom floor.

Jacqueline, the caretaker, made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spotless, really spacious, and had high-quality amenities. We also enjoyed excellent breakfasts at the O Fado bar downstairs. We’d gladly come back.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, with excellent bedding. The hotel has been renovated with great style. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
