Appart'Hotel Victoria Garden Pau

I had a great time during my stay of almost three months, from September to December 2023. You can cook in the kitchen if that’s your thing, and the staff are professional, seem to love their jobs, and are ready to help whenever you call. It’s a good place for either business or leisure.

Breakfast is available, but it isn’t part of the room price, so you pay for it separately. This is an apartment hotel where you handle things yourself: rooms are cleaned only once a week, and you do your own laundry in the paid machines.

The kitchen corner was really useful and fairly well equipped, with two burners, a microwave, coffee machine and toaster. There’s also a supermarket close by and some restaurants within walking distance. The room looked just like the pictures, and the beds were very comfortable, with clean sheets.

We were missing two more mugs, since there were only two, but otherwise our stay was pleasant and just right. The room was comfortable for all four of us, and I especially liked having shelves all around to put cases, clothes and personal things. Not having doors was a great idea. My first impression was how clean and spacious it felt, and I loved it.
