Giverny and Monet were about a 30-minute drive away, and Versailles took roughly an hour each way. We went twice, once during the day and once at night. The hosts, Michel and Nathalie, made us feel very well cared for during our five days in September 2022, with baguette, croissants, jams, juice, and mineral water. The gîte had most of what we needed. A few quirks: breakfast came in a bag hanging outside the door each morning, and the stairs were steep. But the heated indoor pool, separate hot tub, and sauna, along with the hosts' warmth, made those minor things easy to overlook.

We had a clean, comfortable place to sleep and a restful night. After our original booking was cancelled, we booked here at the last minute and were greeted so warmly. We were also invited to enjoy the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Coffee and juice were available too.

Even with the bad weather, the garden and duplex made for a lovely one-night break. We could use the heated pool, sauna, and jacuzzi whenever we wanted, and had everything we needed to relax. The welcome was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast the next morning was a lovely touch. Thanks as well for being flexible with check-in and check-out. We’ll be back soon.

The children were thrilled with the pool and sauna. We had a spacious, comfortable duplex with everything well arranged for an enjoyable stay, in this charming bed and breakfast. Michel and Nathalie were very attentive and made us feel especially welcome.

Starting the day with delicious pastries and then a jacuzzi was such a treat. We spent one night at Michel and Nathalie's and loved the comfortable, practical, well-kept accommodation and the peaceful setting on their lovely property. Michel welcomed us kindly and was flexible too. We’d happily stay again if we get the chance, and recommend it.
