Domaine de La Brave

Only four rooms, so the place feels small and welcoming, with a lovely pool area and a great view. The nearest little town is about a 20-minute walk away. Breakfast was simple and easy but really delicious. Shannon and her family are lovely, and you can tell she puts her whole heart into the place. We loved it and will keep coming back.

We had such a good time here, and the hosts are a big reason why. Shannon makes wonderful French breakfasts and prepares lovely dinners in the garden, which gives the place a special atmosphere. Domaine de La Brave has just four rooms, so it feels very intimate and peaceful, away from the city. You can stroll into the nearby town for a bakery or a market selling local products. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool looks out toward Mont Ventoux. We'd absolutely recommend it.

Mont Ventoux sat on the horizon while we unwound in the garden in the Mistral breeze. It felt surreal. The location worked equally well for exploring and taking it easy, and we were looking for a place where we could be comfortable, relax, then head off on spontaneous adventures. Domaine de la Brave felt like a home away from home. The rooms were dreamy, with plenty of space, comfort, and everything we needed. Shannon and Nasser were generous hosts, and their suggestions for places to visit were always great. We even got to pick herbs from the garden.

Breakfast in the garden was my favorite part of the morning. The hostess had fresh orange juice, seasonal fruit, bread baked that morning, and croissants she picked up from the local Boulangerie, plus more. The property is beautiful, and the room was decorated so thoughtfully, with lovely details in every corner. We also loved ending the evening by the pool, looking out at Mount Ventoux. The location is handy too, just a short drive from the villages and local sights. I wish there were more stars to give.
