The room was clean, though sound carried more than it should. The photos on Booking made the place look nicer than it felt in person, and it was pretty much an average three-star hotel. Breakfast was a letdown: the ham was dried out, and staff hadn't noticed that I'd already paid for it with my reservation. They fixed that quickly, fortunately.

For a room meant to be accessible, it was in really poor shape. The bathroom sliding door was broken, the curtains were coming loose, and the shower left water across the bathroom floor and into the room. The whole place felt shabby and carelessly maintained.

I asked for my money back after being moved through three rooms, but I've had almost no response despite contacting the hotel several times and even going there in person. They said my email had been sent to the manager for a refund, though I doubt it ever was. The lack of care is concerning. I tried to stay at the Brit hotel from April 12 until Monday, but couldn't. Room 201 had bugs, the internet in room 207 was very poor, and room 104 had stains on the mattress. None of that was acceptable.

There's plenty of parking, and a family of four can stay comfortably because the rooms are a good size. The Wi-Fi is slow, though, and needs improvement.

The room was clean and a good size. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is simple but fair for €6, and the free parking is a nice extra.
