The couple who run the place are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and good value, and they were happy to let us bring our bicycles.

What stood out most was how warmly we were treated. We arrived really late and had forgotten to let our host know, but they stayed past their hours for us and were so lovely about it. They shared ideas for things to do in the area and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us. It made the place feel homey, and we loved that. The hotel is also very well placed for exploring the region, and the private parking is available 24 hours a day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and clearly recently renovated, with a small but nice sea view. For a two-star hotel, the service feels at least three-star. I was a bit concerned about being so close to the road, but it was very quiet, even in the early evening during high season. Breakfast was delicious. Internet and mobile service can be patchy, though that seems to be a regional issue more than a hotel one. I got some work done on their balcony, but you might want to bring a Wi-Fi booster if you plan on working too.

The new owners have given the bedrooms and dining room a complete renovation. We got a very warm welcome, and the place is excellent value for money.
