We had marvellous meals in the dining room, with a sea view for everyone. Breakfast was tasty and made with local, healthy products. I liked the idea of putting the croissants and pains au chocolat slightly off to the side. The staff were really friendly, and the setting had great romantic vibes, with a view over the lake. There’s also a nice beach within walking distance. A really great place!

We had a room that opened straight onto the lawn, with a view of the sea. It’s a charming little inn, with helpful front desk staff and a very good breakfast included. There’s good parking, and the relaxed village with restaurants and services is an easy walk away. A lovely base for a holiday.

We stopped to ask for coffee after being drawn in by the chic-looking website. The building looks pretty from the outside, but the interior is quite old and not modern. That alone wouldn’t be a big deal, but the coffee was dirty and came from an old breakfast machine. It really isn’t somewhere to stop for a drink or lunch, and I guess it’s just for hotel guests. Charging 5€ for machine coffee like that is insane. We felt fooled.

The owners look after the villa themselves, and they’re so kind and charming that they make you feel comfortable and at home. Our room had a beautiful view of the "7 îles", and we could see almost the same thing from the breakfast area. A lovely place in a lovely area. It couldn’t be better!

The private terrace was a lovely bonus, and the views were outstanding. Our room was comfortable and lovely too. One of the most delightful places we’ve ever stayed!
