The restaurant is easy to spot, set back from the road between Bellac and Peyrat-de-Bellac, with a car park in front. We were welcomed at the door and shown to our table. The place was clean and inviting, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the food, the portions were just right, and there was a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We were very impressed with lunch today. Highly recommended!

The owner paid us quite a bit of attention. It was a basic fixed-menu meal, and the restaurant felt a little short on atmosphere, probably because it wasn't busy.

We stayed overnight in a comfortable cabin of its own in the woods behind the hotel. It had some charm, though it was short on details.

The food and staff were terrible. The hotel was terrible too.
