Hotel le Falken

I stayed three nights for work and found the hotel comfortable and quiet. The simple dishes at the restaurant were really good, especially the Big Papa Burger, and the prices were very affordable. The staff were friendly, and the owner was always around and happy to listen. I'd gladly come back.

We were three today and had a delicious couscous, with generous portions. We're regulars, so we've seen this more than once: the owner, waitresses, and chef are all fantastic, and the service is efficient. Everything's perfect, so please don't change a thing! 👍

The restaurant and breakfast were outstanding, and the staff were really friendly. The bed seemed clean and the price was very reasonable, but the hotel itself was a different story. I've never seen a place this dirty. The carpets in both the room and hallway clearly hadn't been vacuumed for a long time, and I spotted three spiders in the room. We arrived in the evening and the light was so dim that we didn't see how bad it was until morning. We were only there for one night. Other reviews might suggest the hotel was clean at some point, but that wasn't my experience. I'd rate the hotel 2 stars and the restaurant 5, so it was a very mixed stay. At breakfast, we asked for water for our little daughter and got a bottle that turned out to be an empty wine bottle refilled with tap water. I wondered why it tasted strange. We only realized what the bottle was as we were leaving. There probably wasn't any alcohol left in it, but I still found it a bit inappropriate.

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and we really enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the chefs! Our room was spacious, great, and functional, and the manager was very friendly. We spent three nights at this excellent hotel, and I'd highly recommend eating at the restaurant.
