There’s a nice bouldering area nearby, and the morning baguette is a welcome touch. We stayed in our van for three days; there’s decent space for vans, though finding a spot for a motorhome could be tricky. The toilets and showers were okay. Clearing out the old, abandoned caravans would make room for more vans and improve the place.

Since the camping area had closed by the start of October, we stayed in a bungalow instead. It was very clean and had what we needed: a bed, toilet, hot shower, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff were so friendly that they let us in even though reception had officially closed by the time we arrived. We needed to stay two days, as a one-day stay wasn't possible.

I came by while touring Corsica, having stayed at this campsite before, but this time I only wanted to fill my water tank and wasn't planning to spend the night. They wouldn't give me any water, even when I offered to pay, because I wasn't staying there. The owner was rude and impolite too. My worst experience ever. Keep away from this place!

The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, and the campsite itself has a really laid-back feel. We could pitch our tent wherever we wanted. Everyone was friendly, and the toilets and showers were clean. We had a great stay at Le Damier.

The beach is about a 15-minute walk, and the pizza is good. The reception and restaurant look really nice, and the receptionist was kind and spoke English. The rest of the campsite is okay, but old caravans that nobody uses take up space and make it hard to find a spot. Showers are pretty decent; the toilets look very old. If you're not too demanding, it should be fine.
