The food was exquisite, really mind-blowing. We also had beautiful views on both sides of the building, since the hotel sits between a lake and a canal. The staff were attentive and wonderful, and our room was exceptionally clean and cosy.

We had a blast at this magnificent Auberge by a beautiful canal. The hosts were so welcoming, and we were lucky to get a dinner table. Alexa was on the floor and Laurent in the kitchen. The food was outstanding and mostly locally provided, and we really enjoyed it. The wine selection was excellent too, and the cheese platter they suggested was very professionally put together. We'd come back anytime.

The food was delicious, and the wine was great too. I forgot to take a photo of the chocolate noisette, which looked like a work of art. I felt very welcome for dinner and enjoyed the peaceful terrace by the canal. Both the waiters and the owner were so friendly.

Only one of the four dishes we tried was nice. The restaurant is very precious, but the food didn't quite come together. It's Nouveau cuisine style, yet the dishes lacked flavour and felt overpriced.

The lunch was lovely and fresh, with gourmet food at bistro prices and excellent quality. The staff were very friendly, and the chef came out to chat with us about some of the ingredients he used. Great value, and I highly recommend it.
