B&B HOTEL Cergy Pierrelaye

The facilities were fine for what we paid, and the trip into Paris takes about an hour. Getting to the direct train means a 17-minute walk. There’s also a bus stop five minutes away that goes to the station, though the bus runs less often. We lost quite a bit of time on the first morning because there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. Then we found the sink was blocked. We told reception before heading out that morning, but it still hadn’t been dealt with by the time we got back that night. The next morning we asked to move rooms and had to wait for confirmation, which took more time. We’d also left three bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the old room. When we asked about them, staff said they couldn’t find them and the cleaning staff had probably thrown them away.
