Breakfast was the highlight, with plenty of good options. The room was very clean, though a little dated, and I found it a bit dirty in places. I’d have preferred proper mugs and instant coffee instead of paper cups and the coffee machines. It feels better suited to a business trip.

Krystel, Deputy Director of the hotel, made our stay wonderful. She was incredible throughout. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and well located. We’d happily recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We’d worried that the highway nearby would mean traffic noise, but the hotel is well insulated. The carpet in our room hadn’t been vacuumed during our stay, and the floors hadn’t been mopped either. Even so, I’d probably stay here again if I returned to plerin.

The breakfast was excellent, both in quality and variety, and the reception and bar staff were great. The rooms were very clean. The spa is quite small, with space for just four people, which was the only minor downside. I also missed having a charger for electric cars.

The bathroom felt old, and the hotel fell below my comfort expectations. A tour group arrived by bus and used the shared breakfast area. It was loud and crowded, with a queue for coffee and many items needing to be refilled, so breakfast wasn’t peaceful or comfortable.
