Marie Pierre and Jean make you feel completely at home, and their knowledge of the Emerald Coast means they can suggest things to do and places to eat to suit your tastes. The manor house is charming and well kept, and our suite was spacious and beautiful. The home itself is lovely, and the rooms are very comfortable. If you get the chance to hear Jean play piano, it's a real treat.

Breakfast each morning was a treat, with fresh local food made with so much care. Marie-Pierre served Far Breton, homemade jam, yogurt, crêpes, croissants, and fresh fruit. She even baked us a Gâteau Breton and made fresh coffee for our long drive home, such a thoughtful gesture that really touched us. The hosts, Marie-Pierre and Jean, were exceptionally warm and attentive. Their passion for this special house came through, and their tips each day made our visit unforgettable. Le Manoir de la Bigotière is breathtaking, with its lovingly restored rooms, fascinating history, and almost magical atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories and full hearts. Huge thanks to our hosts. We'll definitely be back! 💕

Marie-Pierre told us about the building's history and the work they put in every day to bring it back to life. The owners gave us an exceptional welcome, and Jean, the master of the house, played a short piano concert during breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good and plentiful. The room was beautifully finished and well furnished. A magical place, despite the national world. A huge thank you to both of you.

I only just realized I'd forgotten to leave a review after our stay in the summer of 2020. The photos and reviews online caught our attention, and seeing the place in person was a real pleasure because it was even better than expected. Marie Pierre and Jean are charming hosts, and their thoughtful touches made a difference. The historic house is beautiful. That little piano concert at our last breakfast was much too short!
