The setting is quiet, with beautiful scenery and gorgeous nature nearby. The hotel welcomes dogs, parking is free, and there are electric charging stations. Service was good, though the room could use a refresh.

There's lots to do, including golf, horse riding, and a heated swimming pool, and the beaches are not far away. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and it's great value.

The restaurant choices are a bit limited off season, and feel a little much for hikers. But it's a golf resort, not a hiking hut, so I can hardly blame them. For a hiker on the GR34, this is the best value I've found: a warm, comfortable room for four, comfy beds, free sparkling water from a dispenser, helpful staff, and dogs are welcome.
