The rooms were clean, with private bathrooms and amenities in each one. But the biggest thing for me was how much care the two young owners put into our wedding on August 26, 2017. They were attentive and considerate, doing everything they could to make the day run perfectly. They created a magical, professional experience, and I thank them for it. The owner kept the entertainment going, and everyone loved the emotion of the whole room dancing together. His partner connected us with a professional photographer who understood us and showed us at our best without costing us a fortune. Nothing in life is perfect, but these two were exceptional wedding and event planners. Guests of every age were delighted, and we had a magnificent wedding. Bravo to you both. My wife and I take our hats off to you, even though we're both only thirty. I highly recommend them!
At my best friend's wedding, where I was one of the witnesses, I especially appreciated the reception room. The ceiling light gave it a chic, spacious atmosphere. There was also a nice changing table in the restroom area. The photographer, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten, was very kind and helpful. When my father took over caring for my four-month-old in a quieter corner, she took good care of him. The entertainer was friendly, took time to plan the activities, and kept making us laugh. The room was too hot, which cost it a star, though I know air conditioning would be expensive. I also found the entertainer a little pretentious, but that's true of many entertainers.
We had a very good time and chose to ignore the remarks. Thanks to the bride and groom for a lovely evening. But I have a few concerns about your professional conduct, sir. The welcome was mediocre for a two-star hotel, and the owner's comments about it being a small wedding set the tone. His replies were negative. His presence in the room during the meal was surreal, as he had no reason to be there. It was a private wedding, yet he practically danced with us. Sincerely, Bruno
The venue itself is very good, and your bar performance was great. Our wedding went really well thanks to everyone, and the caterer you work with was remarkable, transparent, and provided excellent service with his team. Still, there were several frustrating things. When we arrived for the tour and setup, the owner's attitude felt pretentious, with two or three inappropriate comments about the wedding being small. We're customers, so whether it was small wasn't his business. The tables had unironed tablecloths straight from the cupboards, which was a strange idea, though I admit it was funny. We were quickly made to understand that our DJ didn't need much equipment because of the guest count, even though he performed brilliantly. The timing for a wedding morning was odd too. We only had an extra hour to access the venue and set up equipment. Even if that was the schedule, offering more time would have been a nice gesture. I also couldn't understand why you insisted on turning the lights off and on yourself. That was another strange, amusing concept. I'll stop there. You and your partner would probably be better off having staff.
