Having meals on the terrace among the trees was a highlight. The bungalows were clean, well equipped, and spaced out enough to give us a sense of privacy and peace. The property is well maintained, with a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, and the owners and staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Pinea Mare sits among pine trees, a short walk from a beautiful, quiet beach with crystal-clear water. It’s a scenic, laid-back place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. We had an amazing stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Our house could have been looked after better: the dishwasher was rusty inside, and some sockets were coming away from the wall. That lack of maintenance kept me from giving a full rating. The setting itself was perfect, with lots of space for kids to play, and a very short walk to a beach that was empty even in July. The sea stayed shallow for about 30 metres, ideal for smaller children, and the other guests were really friendly. A baker came by with fresh baguettes every morning. We really enjoyed the holiday.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. You can rent a kayak or paddle board from her, and there are free inflatable water toys too, including a huge unicorn! The homes were clean and spacious, and the beach nearby never seemed very full. Definitely recommended, even for large families. We found the heat quite bearable as Central Europeans and didn’t use the available AC.

Roxane, Max, and their team manage Pinea Mare with a lot of care. The residences are spaced far enough apart to feel private, and the hosts are kind and ready to help with whatever’s needed. There’s plenty to enjoy in this nature-loving, sustainability-minded place: the nearby beach, biodiversity, BBQ, ping-pong and badminton evenings, reading, and even laundry facilities. Highly recommend it.

We spent two wonderful months in Pinea Mare. Our villa was cozy and had everything we needed, including a great fireplace. The homes seem suited to short or long stays. The young family who own the place were lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Wonderful people and a wonderful place!
