The location worked really well for us, close to the Canal du Midi and about halfway between Béziers and Narbonne. We came to Poilhes for a family reunion and were very happy with the choice. Catherine gave us a particularly warm welcome and did everything she could to make us comfortable. The rooms were comfortable in every way, from the bedding to the amenities. We’d happily stay again.

Our stop along the Canal du Midi turned into a stay we’ll always remember. Catherine welcomed us so warmly, and the guest room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. We also appreciated the secure garage for our bikes and had a very good breakfast. Thanks again, we had a lovely time.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, with wonderful homemade jams that were both unusual and delicious. Our room was spotless, and we could choose between pillows with different levels of firmness. The host was thoughtful and welcoming throughout. If we’re back in the area, we’d gladly return. Thanks again for a great stay.

The breakfasts were excellent, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating during our short week there. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and spotless. We have nothing but good things to say about their hospitality, and we’d stay again if we return to the area. We highly recommend this place.

Catherine was very attentive and kind, and the welcome was warm. The room was very nice, in an unusual, charming house close to the Canal du Midi. Breakfast was simple and felt like home: bread, butter, cheese, yogurt, and homemade jams, including original flavors like melon and lemon. One thing to keep in mind, the upper floors could be difficult with heavy bags or mobility issues. Parking is on the public street.
