Simon at agence Notre Dame was patient and really helpful while we bought a property. Each time we asked to see it before the sale went through, he was accommodating. It was a really pleasant experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Poitiers area.

As a stranger, I found it hard to find somewhere to rent, but they were very friendly and helped me find a room that suited my needs. The service was perfect. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I rented a plot by the Clain river through the agency. They then put the 300-square-metre plot up for sale at €3750, but now they've told me the price has risen to €12500. Apparently, the notary was the one who increased it.

Mr. ROUX was pleasant, professional, and quick to respond in our discussions. I recommend him!

This agency moves incredibly slowly. Whenever I raised a concern, I got, “I'll look into it and call you back today.” I'm still waiting 😅 At the first viewing, the two interns had no information about the apartment. Later, the bailiff showed up more than an hour late and hadn't prepared the inventory because he thought we were moving out. If you don't need anything, this agency might suit you. For any interaction, expect to wait 3 to 6 months.
