Set among famous vineyards, this 17th-century mansion in Pommard is a lovely green escape, just a short distance from Beaune. The rooms are spacious, there's a professional kitchen, and the courtyard is beautiful, with impressive proportions throughout. Small producers still have reasonable prices. The furnishings are basic, though, and some of the finishes are poor.
