We'd certainly stay here again for an overnight stop. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, though plain, and the hotel has its own charm once you look past the unusual colour scheme. There's a lovely inner courtyard for dinner. Secure parking is limited and needs to be booked, but street parking seems fine. There are a couple of nice bars up the road with a pretty outlook.

We were warmly welcomed and shown straight to our table in the delightful courtyard at this pleasant spot in central Pons. The relaxed atmosphere, decor, and lighting were all lovely. They emphasize that their food is fresh and homemade. In the evening there are two set menus, with enough variety for most tastes. The food, service, and selection were all good, and we'd certainly return.

It's right in the city center, within walking distance of the main sights, and easy to reach by car or train. The hotel is quiet and cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere, professional and helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. There are vegetarian and traditional choices, plus a long list of wine, cognac, and pineau. All the rooms have air conditioning and a fan, though the fan isn't really needed because the vintage building has such thick walls. Prices are similar to the rest of the city, while the hotel and restaurant services are above par.

This was the best restaurant meal I've had in a long time, and very good value for money. Superb food and fantastic service. They were also kind about my bad French and helped me get the pronunciation of new words right.

The restaurant is beautiful, and the manager was friendly and professional. The kitchen had some nice surprises, though the food wasn't great. The lady at the desk seemed to be having a bad day. There was a beautiful table with lots of different Cognacs, though it was bizarre that some bottles were nearly empty.
