We went for Sunday lunch and loved it. The food was inventive and delicious, with beautiful presentation. A few dishes came close to sublime.

Lunch was unforgettable, with a menu full of different flavours and textures. The Chef put together a really varied, interesting meal, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Even the reservation process felt like part of a remarkable, one-of-a-kind experience.

We booked our lunch at Rosmadec Le Moulin two weeks ahead and had a memorable meal. The 4-course tasting menu was 65 Euros, with dishes shaped around the season. We were lucky to sit outside, surrounded by such a beautiful setting. Every plate looked like a work of art, and the staff took time to explain the ingredients and garnishes with real enthusiasm. The service at the table was polished and attentive, the wine pairings were lovely, and the cheese course made a great finish. You could see the care and professionalism throughout the meal, from the kitchen to the dining room. If you're in Pont-Aven and looking for a special meal, we wholeheartedly recommend Rosmadec Le Moulin. Huge thanks to the whole team for such a remarkable experience.

The sommelier was attentive and pleasant, and explained the wines as they came, pairing each course beautifully. The cheese was served for the person without allergies, and the whole team showed real care and professionalism, from the kitchen to the table. We’d told the restaurant well in advance that one of us had multiple allergies. When we arrived, both the serving team and kitchen were ready. We’d eaten at Michelin star restaurants before, but had never been able to enjoy a full menu adapted for allergies. Here, they managed a brilliantly composed 10 (!) course tasting menu without any milk products, which can’t have been easy. Some dishes we especially enjoyed were the oyster sorbet with cauliflower rice, poached asparagus with vegetarian cream sauce, filet of beef, pork belly with sorrel and peas, and flowers of apple with salted caramel. The 10 course menu is around 110 €, and the wine pairing around 130€, so it’s pricy, but a unique experience if you’re in Pont-Aven and can treat yourself. Many thanks to the restaurant for letting us enjoy modern french cuisine this way.

The fish dishes were masterful, and the moules piment vert et lait du ribot was a lovely surprise. We had attentive service in a beautiful setting. What a fantastic experience. I can think of only one meal at a 3 star in the nordics that we enjoyed as much or more, though comparing Le Moulin with other restaurants doesn't do them justice. Not to be missed.
