The place has an old-fashioned feel, with its furniture, and the menu is handwritten. Still, don't let that put you off. The waitress was really nice and happy to accommodate my request for a large salad without meat or cheese. The rest of us chose the three-course menu for €18.50. The food was good, though probably not all made in-house.

For the price, this was a fair deal. The small room was comfortable, the heating worked very well, and the little bathroom had towels and soap ready. The owner was helpful and pleasant, and you could get a coffee just downstairs.

Breakfast was a treat, with a very good croissant, baguette, juice, coffee, yogurt, and cake. The room was clean and warm, and staff brought me an extra heater. A nice room.

A good little stop on the way to Spain. The owners and the locals at the bar were nice, and the pizza from next door was great.

The room was simple, spotless, and had really comfortable bedding. Even though we stayed only briefly and arrived very late, the manager went out of their way to make things work for us. We got a great welcome, and the coded entry felt secure. Huge thanks for such a lovely experience, and the value for money is hard to beat. Ms. Corino-Bellagamba
