La Tillaie

The junior suite was spotless, with a really comfortable bed and a roomy, very clean bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was a treat, with fresh croissants, homemade jams, and the best baguette. Olivier greeted us warmly, with plenty of humor, and made us feel at home right away. He welcomed our dog too. He even cooked us a delicious dinner and set the table outdoors so we could eat in the fresh air. His wine suggestion was spot on, and the whole meal was 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

The garden view through the big windows was lovely, and I really liked how the room was decorated. There was a large, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The jacuzzi was a relaxing treat in a quiet room overlooking the garden. It’s a beautifully renovated old building, and we found it very romantic. Breakfast was simple but nice, with yoghurt, bread, a croissant, and coffee. We’ll visit again!

We arrived to a peaceful countryside setting, with the house tucked into a beautiful garden. Having wine outside and looking back at the house was a lovely way to settle in. Our bedroom felt spacious and luxurious, and was very comfortable. Olivier is a natural host. He made us feel welcome, served a delicious breakfast, and gave us excellent recommendations. We had supper at a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away. It’s a picture book French guesthouse, quiet and serene.

The dinner menu is well worth trying if you stay here. The quality was excellent, and the wine was a real highlight. A five-star dinner, we loved it! Olivier was a perfect host, with good recommendations for anything. The location was amazing too, and it’s a great place to unwind and get a feel for real French life. We’ll definitely come back!
