The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and ours was at the back of the building, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. We liked the shampoo and body lotion, and late check-in was available. The hotel is close to the centre, with short-term parking nearby and a free car park a few minutes' walk away. There's a restaurant for lunch and a bar, which looked nice and popular, though we didn't try either. Breakfast was okay: one croissant, some ham and cheese for each person, plus yoghurt, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, baguette and muesli. We had trouble locking the toilet door. The restaurant doesn't serve dinner, and the hotel has no parking of its own. There's no air conditioning, but opening the windows cooled our room. The shower was a bit too hot for me, and I found the temperature difficult to adjust. I liked the hotel and would recommend it for a night or two while passing through, or for a short trip.

We came for the first time with friends, and we'd all like to return. The location is right in the centre, and the hotel and restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. The breakfast service was excellent for this category.

Despite the promise of Wi-Fi, there was none. Come on, it's 2022, and people expect Wi-Fi even when it hasn't been advertised. When I complained, the receptionist just said she wasn't good with telecoms. I was left paying for a service that had been promised but wasn't provided. Liars and incompetent people wear me out. I tried the €11 breakfast of bread and butter, but flies swarmed around me, so I gave up and got coffee at a nearby café.

A great spot for a drink in town. Sit out on the terrace and enjoy the amazing view of the porte Saint pierre.

I was at the bar next door. The barman and the other customers were really nice and helpful. I asked about local buildings and they gave me information.
