We eventually managed to move to a different room, and one staff member was very helpful. The other was completely dismissive. Our first room was nice but freezing, with the heating turned down to 19.5 while it was snowing outside. It was Friday night, and getting the meal we wanted was difficult. The choices ended up being ham cooked in a pan and chips from the fryer, after a lot of discussion. The first suggestion had been risotto reheated in a microwave. This used to be a good hotel, and I'm not sure what's changed over the last five years.

My mom stayed here for the weekend and had a wonderful time. She doesn't speak English or French, but Hava at the front desk was understanding and did what she could to accommodate her. The staff were very friendly, and the bedding was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location was convenient for exploring the region, and checkout was simple. Breakfast was good, and staff were polite and helpful. Rooms feel modern, with Chromecast TV and USB charging outlets. There was plenty of parking in the secure lot, including an EV charger.

Nearly ideal for travelers, but there's no laundry service and no kettle in the room. Breakfast was okay, with a limited selection.

The room was practical, the air conditioning worked well, and it was nice being able to stream to the TV. The moon mosaic on the bedroom ceiling was a random touch! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
