Hotel Restaurant Le Perroquet

That homemade dessert was a lovely finish to lunch. The welcome was warm, and the food was home-style, with a generous starter buffet and a tasty main course that was nicely presented. Just the kind of meal we love, like eating at home.

We stopped for lunch on our way back from the coastal path. The welcome was really warm, and the meal was very good value.

I was surprised when the restaurant asked for payment before we ordered. I hadn't stayed at the hotel, but my parents brought me here when we arrived. For €12.50, there was a buffet with a starter, wine, cheese and dessert, plus a choice of three hot dishes. Really good value.

The waitress and owner were so helpful, even with the kids' requests, and let them have another helping of dessert. The food reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. The restaurant's set menu was €12.50, with a drink, starter, main course, dessert and coffee. For that price, all you can do is say thanks.
