It’s a lovely, well-kept place, used mostly by owners who are considerate of others. The residence sits right on the beach with direct access, and the Leucate pier is 100 meters away. We had a pleasant stay. It would be wonderful to live here in summer.
It’s a pretty ordinary place with no particular charm. The beach is only 100 m away, which is handy, but there isn’t much else nearby. The poor sound insulation makes it noisy, and the sleeping area windows face the corridors, so leaving them open in hot weather isn’t really possible.
You get lovely views of both the sea and the mountains here, and parking is easy. The residence is right by the beach, and it’s peaceful. Highly recommend it.
Everything was spotless and practical, and the landlady was very friendly. It’s a small place, but it’s set up really well and sits right on the beach. Thanks for a lovely stay.
We spent a few days in Port Leucate after Christmas. The apartment was small and basic, but it did what we needed.
