The owners were lovely and clearly want guests to be happy. They suggested a scenic drive back to Barcelona, which we appreciated. We stayed in a beautifully renovated boutique hotel in a sleepy little town that closes up by 10 am. Our pristine room had a lovely harbour view, a comfortable bed and shower amenities. The TV seemed to have no channels, just preloaded files, though I wasn't sure how it worked and it was fine. Everything on it was in French or Spanish. There are 28 steps to the first level and no elevator, but there's a terrace with a lemon tree. Breakfast included breads, jams, coffee, cheeses, ham, fruit and more. The owners also have a winery, and we bought some wine and candles from a local artisan. Parking out front is metered, but we were told not to pay that day. Checkout at 10 am felt very early, earlier than most places, though I think they might accommodate a later time if asked. We recommend this boutique hotel.

The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the location right on the harbour was perfect. We loved the beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, and the terrace was especially quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended for couples or families like ours.

I booked through Booking.Com on 26th June. On the morning we were due to arrive, the hotelier messaged that our booked room was no longer available and said another room had been arranged. But when we arrived, we were told there were no rooms at all, and that the hotelier had said we cancelled. We absolutely hadn't. Booking.com confirmed the hotel had cancelled it. I suspect the room went to someone who called directly and paid more, bringing them more revenue. I wouldn't recommend this place. The hotelier clearly lies and has no regard for the truth. The response doesn't make sense either: how could they relocate us if there were no rooms? More lies.

The room was very nice, and breakfast at €14 was excellent. In October the AC wasn't working, and 24° made the room too warm to sleep well. Checkout at 10 am was a hassle, and the earliest time I've ever come across.

A great little boutique hotel run by a couple. The service was friendly and efficient, the rooms were spacious and super clean, and the mattresses were good quality. Breakfast was delicious, all homemade by the owner. Loved the fig jam and pastries. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
