The room was clean and serviced every day, and everyone on staff was so nice and ready to help. The hotel is close to the metro, which made getting around easier. I booked at the last minute, and for the price I paid it was a pretty good hotel. My stay was good overall, though the hotel didn't meet my expectations, and I did have some Wi-Fi trouble. My room had no wardrobe, glass, or kettle, and the bed was quite high :). I'd recommend it.

It's a handy base for Disneyland Paris: the train station is five minutes away on foot, with trains at least every 10-15 minutes. There's not much to do or many amenities right around the hotel, but if you just need somewhere to sleep and get ready, it has what you need. Staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and check-in and check-out were easy. For the price, I couldn't ask for much more. Our shower was a bit dodgy and the Wi-Fi only mediocre, but otherwise no complaints :)

We stayed to see Disneyland and the landmarks, and the location worked really well, close to the Metro. The front desk staff were lovely. Thank you!

The check-in service was friendly and nice. The neighborhood felt very strange, so be careful. The rooms were budget style with no comfort, but okay for a night.

The staff made me feel completely at ease. They were some of the kindest people I've met and went out of their way to help, from booking taxis and explaining the train system to heating our noodles late at night. Both the woman on staff and the gentleman were attentive and so kind. They even found a last-minute taxi to Bouvet through one of their personal contacts.
