Nice view, great place.

The only drawback is the busy road below, but you barely notice it because the apartment is perfectly soundproofed. The view is wonderful. It's on the ground floor, fully air-conditioned, and has a terrace with a bioclimatic pergola and gas barbecue. Shops in Poticcio are a 10-minute walk away. Inside, it's very well equipped, with a highly functional kitchen and modern appliances.

We booked online for a week's holiday, and the photos were an accurate match for the apartment. It was spacious and splendid, with a beautiful terrace, breathtaking sea views, and a great location. There's parking inside the residence, and my little world was delighted with our stay.

The view was splendid, but it was marred by the noise, the owners' attitude, and a huge crane looming over the pool. One house in this complex, at 492 Boulevard Marie-Jeanne Bozzi, Porticcio Grosseto-Prugna, was rented by Olga in the summer of 2022 and sat next to an active construction site. From around 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, there was a lot of disturbance, including gravel being dumped and truck horns. The owners acted as if they didn't know about it and ignored all our requests for compensation. The house was also poorly equipped: we had to buy glasses, dish towels, and bath mats so we wouldn't slip getting out of the shower.

The location is really good, with the beach 150m away. The apartment is well equipped and has a view.
