The bed folds up into the wall, but we found it comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed. I read reviews and brought kitchen basics since they aren't supplied. We didn't use the sauna. The gym is tiny and only has cardio equipment, no dumbbells or weight machines. The pool can get packed with families, so we went to the beach instead. Noise from nearby bars wasn't an issue for us, and the grocery store is a five-minute walk away. Garage parking costs extra. I didn't rate it five stars because, for what we paid, I expected a beachfront location and/or breakfast included.

I found Spain much better value for the money. It was my first time in France, and the service here was poor, though maybe that's just a French thing. Getting drinks took a very long time. The WiFi was awful and made me log in again every ten minutes. The gym was in terrible shape, the main bed was a shelf bed, and water kept overflowing in the shower room.

I felt really discriminated against here. The manager's attitude was terrible. My room had no WiFi, and they couldn't fix it. They said they'd bring a fan because the air conditioner was broken, but it never arrived. A receptionist told me the pool normally opens at 9:00, but said they could open it for us at 8:00. The next day they didn't, and the manager said it wasn't only 9:00. Maybe it was because we're Asian. The other receptionists were very good, including the morning staff and the man on the evening shift. The woman working at night wasn't. I'm so disappointed. She ruined my day :(

I almost never write reviews, but this one-night stay was such a letdown that I have to say something. Check-in was at 5pm, and they couldn't accommodate us earlier, which I understand. But check-out was 10am, and the front desk refused our request for a late check-out even though we were only staying one night. The manager there was rude and completely unhelpful. At 10:05 the next morning, they called and told us to leave. We stayed at several hotels in Corsica, and this was the only one insisting on a seven-hour gap between check-in and check-out. The room was noisy from children playing outside until 1am, the loud AC and the fridge. The foldable main bed creaked every time I moved, and I slept so badly I felt miserable the next day. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of nicer, cheaper hotels in Porticcio.
