We came here twice, six years apart, and the quality seems to have gone downhill. We were also told there would be a big price increase in the future, so it’s time for some questions to be asked. The pools are large, attractive, and clean, and the campsite and accommodation are reasonably clean too. The local shopping service is adequate. But the concierge has too few opening hours and too little stock for a site this size. Restaurant hours, like activity schedules, can change at the last minute without notice. The bedding was the real low point. We couldn’t wait to leave so we could get back to sleeping properly.

The lagoon was ideal for the kids and felt very safe, even better than the sea. The heated pools at 25°C and 27°C were great too. We spent four days here at the start of June, when it wasn’t too busy and we weren’t on top of each other. There was a good choice of restaurants, nothing to complain about. We’ll be back...

We were there during the first few days when our swimsuit and sunglasses were stolen. They keep a close eye on the swimsuits, but apparently not on personal belongings. Avoid at all costs. The cleanliness was poor too: cobwebs, dust, hair, and a filthy terrace. For a five-star campsite, I expect a minimum level of cleanliness, and this place deserves no more than three stars. It seems to have changed since Sandaya took over. We met several regulars who said they wouldn’t return.

There was practically no entertainment in the off-season. The tourist tax was another major issue: 105 euros for two adults over 14 nights is highway robbery. That alone is why we won’t come back.

The site has all the services a family needs for a good time, and the different offerings are excellent. It could use more staff who speak multiple languages.
