The west-facing location was lovely for sunsets, and the rooms were nice, but at this price I expected more. The service and food were wonderful. Still, I dislike being charged extra for basics at high-end hotels: 15 euros for breakfast eggs and 7 euros a day for a beach towel, as well as extra for water. At 1200 Euros a night guests can afford it, but it leaves a bad taste, especially when other upscale places often include the minibar. I'd rather pay 1250 with everything included. The rooms weren't really worth the price either.

The rooms were good and clean, and two of the reception ladies were helpful and welcoming. The others didn't seem interested. There isn't a beach at this hotel, though its sister hotel has one. The woman who drove the boat to take us there earned the third star for me. Otherwise, I would have given two. It was my first time in Corsica, and I wish I'd chosen another hotel. For the price, this was just okay or a little less, and I didn't get to experience Corsica's magic. If I come back, I definitely won't stay here.

The setting is beautiful, but the hotel itself is very poor. At £1300 a night, we got a very basic, small room, then extra charges for water in the room (€11), a cooked egg at breakfast (€15), and a beach towel (€7). Even the tiny minibar charged €10 for water. The staff seemed embarrassed and apologetic, yet management kept trying to fleece guests at every turn. Five-star setting, one-star delivery. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The linens felt luxurious, and the included breakfast was fantastic. We had gorgeous rooms and stunning views, with so much to see and do around the property. A really fun hotel.

I wish I could've stayed longer. The views were outstanding and the pool was amazing. From the minute you walk in, the place feels luxurious. Everything was wonderful, including the very good breakfast and dinner. I'd book again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.
