The garden was lovely, and the pool was clean and enjoyable, including for little kids. It was mostly peaceful too. But smoking was allowed everywhere, which took away from that. The room wasn't clean and the dishes were dirty. Wi-Fi barely worked, and we had to bring or arrange everything from towels and kitchen cloths to dishwasher detergent, a bathroom mat, and toilet paper. The air conditioning worked very well, though it was a bit loud. There was no freezer.

The location worked really well for us, close to Portovecchio, supermarkets, and the area's nicest beaches, about 15 minutes away. The property itself could be lovely, with a clean pool, a Jacuzzi open in the evenings, and a BBQ area. But our apartment was poorly kept and not very clean, with lots of cobwebs and several spiders. When we told the owners, they said that having spiders inside didn't mean it was dirty because it was the countryside, and that a spider in the house meant things were fine. Staff offered to move us, but the new place had the same problems. Such a shame, since a few more details would make this a nice property.

The owners made us feel so welcome, and were genuinely lovely. It's a real little gem, lush and rustic, with the apartments and grounds kept impeccably clean and equipped so well. We came away feeling completely relaxed. As other guests have said, Relax really does suit its name. See you again!

We spent 15 days in this beautiful, peaceful place, and got home just this evening. It's natural, charming, and so relaxing. The owners are wonderfully welcoming and attentive, taking time to talk with guests and share information. We didn't get the chance to say goodbye or thank the owners and staff for such a warm welcome and such a special place, so thank you here. This is only a short goodbye, as we'll be back. This little paradise deserves to be better known. A big thank you to René and Adrienne for a wonderful stay. Nad and Pat.
