The pool was nice and the view was amazing 😃, but there were quite a few problems. The bathrooms smelled and felt overcrowded, and some of the staff weren't pleasant. Getting on foot to your tent was a little awkward too. The campground road is one-way, yet people drive against the flow and cause traffic jams. For just three nights, it was very expensive.

We really liked our week in a lodge tent at the end of August. There was plenty of shade from the trees, and the pitches weren't packed together like at some other campsites. Our tent was comfortable and clean enough. Cobwebs are part of staying in a tent, and a torch comes in handy. The toilet block by our tent, at the lowest level, was modern and always clean. The Spar supermarket is close by and has what you need at any time. Reception was friendly and professional. Some of the garden chairs were badly broken, though we did have two new, comfortable loungers, and a few other things around the campsite could use better upkeep. It was noisy down at the bottom near the road, so it may be quieter higher up. We'd recommend the campsite.

The tent with its own bathroom was simple and amazing, with the best view. The Napoli-style pizza was amazing too, and watching the sunset from the terrace is a must. We'll definitely come back.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the location and spacious pitches are great. Still, the lodge tent wasn't very clean and its inventory was incomplete. We ordered bed sheets but got paper ones instead of cotton or linen. Midway through the week, we complained about a urine smell coming from the staff tent beside our pitch. Nobody in management responded, and the smell continued. It left us feeling uncared for. With better standards from management, this could have been a five-star review.
