Viviane and Daniel made us feel at home right away in their beautifully decorated house. We stayed for two lovely nights. Viviane was attentive and gave us useful suggestions for visiting the region, along with some great restaurant tips. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh homemade food. A wonderful find.

The homemade breakfast, made with things from the garden, was excellent. La Passerelle is a peaceful place, furnished with a lot of care, and our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to Vivianne for such a warm welcome. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

We stayed one night this summer. The room was spacious and the place was clean, with plenty of antique objects that show the owners’ interest in them. The owners greeted us with a smile. Bedding was average. The terrace is available until 8 pm if you aren’t eating at the communal table, and we were given two bath towels, though a smaller towel for hands or hair would have been useful. Wi-Fi was there, but we couldn’t get a connection in the room. We could also hear hallway noise, especially people using the front door in the middle of the night. Breakfast had garden tomatoes, watermelon, orange juice that wasn’t freshly squeezed, homemade jam, a small piece of butter, a pain au chocolat I didn’t enjoy, baguette, and coffee or packaged tea. For me, it was too sweet, with little variety, no protein, and no organic choices. It was all fine, but felt like the minimum, so we found the price too high for the service.

Viviane and Michel were thoughtful, attentive hosts, and the late June heat had them worrying about us being out in the sun. They gave us a large frozen bottle so we could keep our water cold all day. Breakfast was a treat each morning, with pastries, homemade jam from fruit Viviane picks in the garden, fresh fruit such as watermelon and honeydew, and daily surprises like apple crumble and red berry panna cotta. We stayed two nights in their beautifully decorated home. Michel is passionate about antiques, and our charming teal room had its own little story. Viviane's suggestions gave us plenty to do nearby: hiking, swimming in the Hérault gorges, Argileum Museum in Saint Jean de Fos, Saint Guilhem le Désert and its fish farm, which uses anesthesia rather than killing sturgeon and makes delicious caviar, Lake Salagou, the ghost town of Celles, and the small restaurant Le Mas Riri. The room also has a bathtub for relaxing alone or as a couple. Their warm welcome and smiles made us feel at ease from the start. We loved our stay and highly recommend this fantastic place. Many thanks to Viviane and Michel for such a pleasant visit! 😘👍🌈🌈🌈

We stayed with Viviane and Daniel from August 15th to 22nd, 2024, and felt completely at ease in their company. They’re warm, extraordinary people, always responsive and attentive, and full of useful advice. Everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and decorated in their own distinctive way. Breakfast was exceptionally generous, and the homemade evening meals were delicious. We’ll definitely be back and keep in touch with them.
