Camping Le Parc Isertan

The campsite is clean and tidy, in an amazing location, and the showers and dishwashing water were great. The washing machine was good too, but the dryer still left clothes wet after three continuous cycles. The pool wasn't open, yet we paid the same price. The ACSI card was advertised at reception, but the owner said they no longer worked with that company because it was too expensive. The next day another staff member accepted a card from a French couple. British couples obviously don't count.

The setting really stood out, with mountain views all around, and we liked relaxing in the indoor pool after hiking. We stayed in a roulotte during the off season, so it was wonderfully calm. Staff were friendly and flexible, and the facilities were cleaned often. A very pleasant stay.

It was easy to walk everywhere for outdoor activities, and the views were superb. The grassy pitches were level and good for camping, though nights can be chilly at that altitude. Sanitary facilities were plentiful, clean, and modern. We didn't use the indoor pool. Staff were very friendly and let us stay well past checkout to fit in a few more activities. I took off a star because it cost a little more than other campgrounds we'd visited on this trip.

We had our caravan and four children with us, and the indoor pool was a big plus. The showers, toilets, and reception were all high quality. It's close to the lovely little village of Pralognan and a perfect starting point for hikes around the area. I'd definitely recommend this campsite.
