Being right by the slopes is handy, and the staff were really friendly. They also have bakery service. The WiFi was poor, though, and there isn't a shop nearby.

The reception staff were warm and friendly, and getting to the ski area was easy. It's a lovely place for a family, especially as other ski resorts are a short drive away. This was our first visit.

We came back for a third stay. The apartments are good and the service is good too.

The service desk is shut for long stretches during the day, and when we arrived at 9pm it was closed. For three people, there wasn't even a spare toilet roll. The kitchen had no salt or pepper, washing-up liquid, pad or sponge, and there was no soap or shower gel in the WC or bathroom. We were still admonished to keep the place impeccable. You have to buy everything yourself and dispose of it afterward. Every Air B&B I've stayed in has provided the basics, so I don't think a four-star rating is justified, at least in winter.

The apartments are spacious, and the pool is a good size without feeling crowded. It's ideal for families with children, and the staff are lovely and quick to respond. This was our fourth visit. We'll be back!
