We loved the sound of the river Tech, so refreshing and relaxing, and our room had spectacular views of the mountains, river, and valley. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a cozy, romantic place built in the 1960s, run by its young owner, who is also the chef and a perfect host. Upstairs, a large lounge for reading, watching TV, or playing cards is tastefully decorated in keeping with the building's history. I heartily recommend it and will definitely come back.

We booked one night, then decided to stay for two, and we'd definitely come back when we're in the area. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot in the Pyrenees, with plenty of walks nearby. Our room at the back had a view of the surrounding mountains and river. What a view! The staff were kind and helpful, speaking French, Spanish, English, and maybe more. During our stay they offered a three-course meal for €17 for two people, a real bargain, and the food was delightful. They also sell some very nice locally brewed beers. We highly recommend this fabulous hotel. (Mr & Mrs Biiiirken-ed)
