I arrived at 9 pm, freezing after coming down the hill in a storm while doing the Transpyrenees 2025. They couldn't have been more helpful. They secured my bike, and even offered room service food while the kitchen was close to shutting. The shower was amazing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. I travel at least three times a year, and this is the worst hotel I've tried to go to. The owner was extremely rude. Isabelle wanted to charge us for a hotel night even though we'd made the reservation by mistake. I felt she had no ethics. If she speaks to guests like that on the phone, I don't want to imagine what she might be like at the hotel. I definitely don't recommend this place.

The hotel is just a minute's walk from the historic centre of Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste, with parking available and dedicated spots for motorcycles. The rooms are old but well maintained. We had a fantastic dinner from the local menu, and the breakfast was a small, traditional French one. The staff were really nice and gave great service with a smile. A place I'd return to!

After getting terrible service elsewhere in Prat, we tried Le Costabonne and were made very welcome. The staff treated our children especially well, and the service was great. The food was very good too, with plenty of choice on the menu at good value. I'd return anytime.

The owners were really friendly and understanding when they realized we couldn't speak French, and the prices were reasonable. We had a great meal, and I'd recommend this restaurant.
