Belambra Clubs Praz-sur-Arly - L'Alisier

We stayed at Belambra Clubs - L'Alisier in February 2025 with a large group, and the half-board arrangement worked well for our schedule. The hotel was conveniently located for getting to the ski area. Thanks especially to Cedric lemaire and Tabary Bobate Asma, who were patient and did their best to keep things running smoothly. Organizing a big group isn't always easy, and while everything wasn't perfect, the staff stayed attentive and helpful. We appreciated their efforts and had a well-organized stay.

Mr/Mrs Belambra owner, dinner service needs more time and staff. With around 400-450 people, an hour and a half isn't enough, and guests arriving at 8pm should get the same menu service as those eating at 7pm. There were no plates, small spoons or water bottles, and the pizza and some other items were gone. The pizza, which kids prefer, was always finished before 8pm. We also waited 10-15 minutes each time for a clean table, leaving us only about 10 minutes to use half the buffet. And serving a Coke from a bottle that could have been open for who knows how long doesn't look good, especially at that price. First and last Belambra.

Our room smelled terrible, and it was tiny and dirty. For what you get, I think the hotel is overpriced. I'll definitely never stay here again.

A really nice, convenient all-inclusive hotel for families.
