Chambre d'hôtes La Chatelière

That huge, well-kept garden was lovely to wake up to, and the quiet setting made it even better. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the hosts checked our food preferences the day before. Our room was spotless, tastefully done, and had a beautiful bathroom; the king-size bed was very comfortable too. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. I agree with all the positive reviews. We’ll definitely come back, so you can book here with confidence.

We had a really pleasant week at La Chatelière. The house was peaceful, with a lovely garden, and everything was very clean. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. Breakfast was very good, especially the homemade jams. We were welcomed warmly by our hosts. Thanks, and well done. We’ll be back. Dominique & Vincenzo

The owners were extremely kind, and the place was clean and comfortable for a more than reasonable price. Breakfast was royal, with good local products and lots of variety. It’s a charming little house set a bit back from the roads, with a large garden and a warm welcome. The decor is a little kitsch in a way we like, with cats hiding in all sorts of forms. It feels welcoming and well looked after.

The homemade plum cake was such a treat, and breakfast is served in the veranda overlooking a big garden. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, in an idyllic, peaceful setting. The hosts are charming and incredibly attentive, and conversation with them feels easy and natural. A place I’d choose without hesitation.
