We really needed some proper rest, and this place was just right for getting away from everyday life. The country house sits in a gorgeous, peaceful spot, well clear of the usual bustle. Our gite had that lovely old farmhouse feel alongside modern comforts. The English hosts were thoughtful and made sure we had what we needed, nothing felt like too much trouble. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

The gardens were kept up beautifully, and our room was spotless. Mark and Sam made us feel right at home, and we had a fantastic, peaceful holiday in a charming area. A great place to stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again.

The pool was great for the whole family, and safety clearly came first there. Mark and Sam have lovingly restored the chateau, and it looks stunning. The accommodation is just as beautiful, with all the modern comforts, surrounded by lovely countryside. It’s such a welcoming place to stay. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely return.

There were plenty of family-friendly attractions within an hour’s drive, and they were pleasantly uncrowded. We stayed as four families across three traditional gites, recently modernised by an English family. Everything we needed was available on site.
