The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the beach is right there, with direct access from the garden where breakfast is served. You can even get a balcony with a beach view, which is great value for a two-star place. Breakfast won’t set any records, but it does the job.

The beach is only about 100 meters away and the city center around 200 meters, so the location is ideal. Breakfast is served in the garden, though guests can’t use the garden and seating on their own otherwise. The hotel feels dated, with equipment that’s too old. The rooms have basic essentials and a fridge, but I missed wine glasses, a kettle, basic kitchen items, and mosquito nets. Traffic noise means you can’t leave the windows open.

The rooms were dirty, the staff rude, and the service poor. Nobody showed any empathy. Worst hotel experience of my life, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Right by the beach and near the restaurants, so the location is great. Pay for the Seaview upgrade if you want an amazing sunset.
