The location worked well for us, within walking distance of the beaches and port. There was a clean, excellent pool with a jacuzzi, good sports facilities and parking, plus very effective air conditioning. The separate bedroom had a comfortable bed. For a week’s stay, we were a little disappointed by the lack of basic supplies: no washing-up liquid, little toilet paper, no salt, pepper or cooking oil, and one gas hob that wouldn’t light. Maybe we don’t fully understand the motel concept.

The location is fairly decent, but the rest of this residence left me with serious doubts. It feels as though the place has been neglected for years and really needs renovation. Inside the accommodation, there’s a terrible damp smell. The walls seem soaked, and the kitchen equipment and bedding are outdated. The shared facilities aren’t much better. The pool appears poorly maintained, and the laundry room is unpleasant. Cats live on the terrace outside and wander over the machines and into the drums.
