Barbara was welcoming and helpful, even with personal issues going on. The property is beautiful and well placed for sightseeing, and breakfast was generous. A slightly bigger fridge might be useful. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

Barbara and Nigel take excellent care of their guests, and we really appreciated that. It's an ideal place for anyone wanting peace rather than a party atmosphere, away from mass tourism. Parking and getting in and out are easy. The charming 18th-century building is lovely, though some of the technical equipment feels dated for a place of that age. A bit more storage and a few extra hooks would help. We had a wonderful, very quiet rural holiday.

We were delighted with our stay in the Vaucluse. Restaurants and attractions are nearby, and the place sits in the middle of a beautiful property. It's a distinctive bed and breakfast with charming, discreet hosts and a good breakfast. The room had a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and small fridge, and there's a large swimming pool.

The garden and swimming pool were lovely. Barbara and Nigel are incredibly kind, friendly, and caring owners. It's a beautiful, peaceful place, and I highly recommend it!
