My stay was awful. The room was tiny and dirty, the bedding had stains and was unclean, and the staff were arrogant and of no help. I was in room 308, where there was no bathroom drain, so water was draining into the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. That account isn't accurate. I paid the tourist tax when I arrived and didn't complain then. The day after I got there, I told the receptionist and cleaning manager about it. They came to the room and checked everything, so you can contact them for more details.

The hotel is on a really beautiful street, and the station is only a few steps away. From my room I could see the Eiffel Tower. The place was clean, and both receptionists were friendly and helpful. When I checked out, they offered me coffee and a croissant. I liked staying here so much that I'd recommend it to friends coming to Paris, and I'd stay here again myself if I return.

The train station is just a few steps away, which made the location the best part for us. They also let us leave our luggage and check in early. The hotel feels a bit old, and we could hear a lot of outside activity from our room, but the room was a decent size for a couple. We thought it was good value for money.

We had an Eiffel Tower view from our room, and the room was cleaned every day. There's a lift, and reception was friendly. Getting to different types of transport was easy from this perfect location. Definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel for a concert at arena, and it worked perfectly for the location. The metro is right next door, though we preferred walking, about 30 minutes. The rooms are a little small but fine for a short stay, with very comfortable beds and really nice people. We didn't have breakfast, but they offered us a lovely coffee. Definitely recommend!
